Freightwave Global coordinates road, air, ocean, rail, express, and intermodal transportation through a network of carriers and service providers. Service availability, routing, transit estimates, and pricing depend on shipment details, destination, capacity, regulations, and carrier acceptance.

2. Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the information supplied by the customer and may change if weight, dimensions, classification, access requirements, customs details, or other shipment information is incomplete or inaccurate. A booking is confirmed only after FWG issues written confirmation.

3. Customer responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate shipment, shipper, consignee, and customs information.
• Package, label, and document cargo appropriately for the selected service.
• Disclose restricted, hazardous, fragile, high-value, temperature-controlled, or oversized goods before booking.
• Pay agreed charges, duties, taxes, storage, inspection, redelivery, and other applicable fees.

4. Prohibited and restricted goods

Customers must not tender goods that are illegal, unsafe, improperly declared, or prohibited by any carrier, authority, or destination. FWG may refuse, hold, return, or arrange lawful disposal of non-compliant cargo, with resulting costs charged to the responsible party.

5. Transit times and tracking

Transit and delivery dates are estimates unless a written service agreement expressly states otherwise. Tracking information reflects updates received from carriers and handling partners and may not appear in real time.

6. Customs and inspections

The customer is responsible for accurate commercial documents, permits, classifications, values, and origin information. Customs authorities and other agencies may inspect, delay, reject, or assess charges against a shipment.

7. Loss, damage, and claims

Carrier terms, international conventions, and the applicable service agreement may limit liability. Customers should request cargo insurance when needed. Any claim must be reported promptly with supporting documents, photographs, and proof of value within the applicable carrier deadline.

8. Website use

You may use this website only for lawful business and shipment-related purposes. You must not interfere with site security, misuse tracking data, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.

9. Privacy and third parties

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our website and services may rely on third-party carriers, agents, payment providers, mapping services, and external links; their separate terms may also apply.
